The agreement marks an important step in building pan-European market access practices covering key markets including the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France and the Nordics.

Founded in 2013, NHH is committed to providing innovative and comprehensive market access, data and feature development solutions, and healthcare brand lifecycle through its four business units – NeoNavitas, NeoN, NeoSypher and NeoOptima. We support our customers.

Headquartered in Latterworth, Leicestershire, NHH employs individuals who offer their expertise through customized solutions and understand the different processes throughout the UK healthcare system.

NHH CEO Simon Doyle said: “Both our organizations support a think global, act local model, which for us means meeting the unique and complex needs of the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.

“We have built an organization and structure that allows us to operate in a truly agile manner, maximizing opportunities when they present themselves. We will be able to offer our clients expanded services and expertise as we further expand our business,” he added.

“The merger with NHH is a welcome step for both businesses and we are pleased to welcome a talented and knowledgeable team of market access, data and capability experts.” This will allow us to better support our clients around the world with their market access, data and capabilities needs, while building a very successful local market access business, including the UK today.”
